East Side Ballas
The Ballas is the largest and most powerful gang in the city of Los Santos. Currently Ballas has foreign members from all races and countries. Members of The Ballas often like to hang out in their neighborhood, riding bikes and and raiding Stores for the benefit of Org . Currently the Leader, Zion Cooper, is a person with an extensive criminal history and is wanted for many crimes. Even though he is the most wanted man in the city, he still stands Out as the Head of this Gang. He trains the gang members and fills the gang's warehouse with weapons, bullets and armor.

The Saddest Day in The History of East Side Ballas On a cold night, Zion Cooper and his gang members were Chilling out and Celebrating their alliance with Other Gangs (Bloods Street Gang, Grove Street Families and Los Santos Vagos) . All legal organizations (FIB, LSPD, SAHP) came together and raided the Head Quarters . Approximately 20-30 people from The Ballas gang died who were there to protect the HQ , all of them died to protect their leader and friends. After This Tragic Incident When all members returned back to headquarters they found the dead bodies of their friends and after this incident Leader Zion Cooper was not seen In the Criminal activities For a very long time.....
Revenge
With Zion's sudden disappearance from city, other gang members began to worry. Since there was no leader, everyone was trying to take The throne Of Leader. Fights and groupings within the gang had begun. One day, a stranger appeared in The Ballas neighborhood. He had a different Lifestyle when he began to live their and was suspected as other gang member sent to spy on Ballas Suddenly One day all Ballas members pointed a gun at him and told him to take off his mask. The person under the mask was Zion , Leader of The Ballas . When they asked him where he had been all this time, he told them everything. He was underground and decided to meet Bloods Street Leader Prabhav Nomore, Grove Street Families Leader Maan Plays and Los Santos Vagos Leader Ben Lennox In order to bring down the Head of Legal Organization in city, Government. They Planned To Attack The Government Head Quarters At Early Morning When Whole city was sleeping and most people were getting ready for their daily routine Work...

Attack
Zion Cooper with other gangs leader started planning for their attack on capitol and did:
They ordered many Lockpicks set, bag for head, handcuffs, and Drill Machines from the darknet.
They reinforced gang cars with steel. And they upgraded the suspension system.
There were very good marksmen in the gang, they bought Heavy Snipers, Revolver, Armors and Their Ammunation for all of them.
They hired a person and sent him to Government to spy on them.
For hours and days, they watched the FIB hall from far and gathered information.
Loading all equipments in trunks, Taking extra guns, Heals and many other stuff with trucks.
They will keep the hostages in 2 different rooms with 5 gang members in each room and lock the doors
Request
Approval for the attack.
Need assistance of Higher level admin to remove green zone.
An admin who constantly protects us from people trying to troll us.
Governor , Deputy Governor at Capitol for being Hostage must be at HQ including some Leos.
Permission to make people get on knees, instead of only hands up.
