micheal mayors before punishing me just one thing to say the own is doing bug abuse so he should be also be punished accordingly
bug abuse - by exchanging the caravan with his friends in the vc and second thing the owner is doing meta gaming also

In POV 1 Timestamp 00:15 what id 161356 is not CR since there was no one in the other car and he did slow down and did not intentionally hit the other car
In POV 1 Timestamp 00:18 what id 161356 did is not RDM since there is an active caravan and he is the enemy
and please check the thread owner for no visible overlay
and also even though there is an active caravan he is working with an enemy to get his caravan hijacked and hijacking his caravan in as ahown in POV 1 time 1:16
