Hello sir i recently came to know that one more guy who left city came back and he was banned for 1.9 too and before he left he sold his apartment to me for 1m as that was the offers he was getting from people when he posted ad if that is the reason for my 1.9 then i request you to lift it as he was leaving city he wanted to cash out so i bought that home from him and as he was leaving city so he gave me some money as gift
