For the screenshots that you provided it's been a month already since that incident happened. For the latest warning you received, it was a correct warning and your excuse was killing someone for violating server is wrongful, so basically when someone violating server rules that does not give you the rights to do so. And for your information in some cases admins can take actions accordingly as it's clear and obvious in that case after checking the admin. Rejected.​
