2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Reason 01: I join many gung in the city, but I cannot manage anything. I am arrested many times in the event. So they kick me. Then I join here. This organization attracts me. Their high command taught me the proper rules. I go many times in 24 stores and gun stores. They protect me like a big brother. But sometimes I got arrested. Then they do many time jail breaks for me. So I know the proper communication and rules. I see I have a God-given power, that friendly communication skill. Now this is the time to see them grow up.
Reason 2: I have lots of brothers here. They help me to make a historical term; I have a lot of experience. So I will teach the new member all the rules. I will protect them like I got from my brothers, and if they make any mistakes, then I will take their responsibility. Every new member I will take as my brother. I will be issue max bonus to those who works their way out to have a good RP situations each time we are doing events. I will make sure this organization will run as smooth as possible with 0 toxic within the members.
Reason 3: I like the HQ. There are many memories of me and my brothers. It's very popular in the ghetto. I know my brothers win every event, and they do not make any kind of mistake. I will not allow any type of favoritism so everyone will get the rank what they deserve. I will make a good high command team with knowledgeable, understanding and helpful. My high commands will take proper interviews for hire people.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.
(1) I will try to every one do proper RP.
(2)Do daily hostage situations.
(3) we will try to control Ghetto all time and make sure our graffiti on top.
(4) we will try to good Rp with others org (not Attack on duty EMS employ).
My Goals for the term :
(1) As a leader, I will keep the gang active by joining every events.(2) Any kind of rules break led to kicked or blacklisted.
(3) In this org there will be no favoritism for deputies and hc's rank in the organization.
(4)We will do FZ raid and Store robberies on a daily basis.
(5) I will pick uncommon places for hostage situations so that we can make good RP and FUN .
