Respected Mohamed Pluxury I hope you are doing well,
First of all, it is not a complaint; I got banned GR 1.1, but it is my first time getting a parma ban in my 1.5 year journey I did not break any rules and didn't get banned it's my first time, and I apologized for my mistake, I hope you help me in this by giving me first and the last chance.
