Life Story -
Anshh was born in 1975 in Basilica Cistern,Istanbul Turkey. He was left abandoned by the age of 9 due to the war between turkey and Israel his parents died in the war due to the bombs. However he and his uncle survived in the war. His whole family except him and his uncle died in the war which left him to live with his uncle after they moved out of turkey and started a new life. As Anshh grew up he had a keen interest in law, politics and other legal government stuff. He always wanted to be a USSS agent. At the age of 17 his only support his uncle passed away as well so he had no one to live with. At the age of 18 he completed his graduation and pursued for furthur legal studies as he wanted to be a USSS commander. He worked hard and also worked at a part time job to fulfill the basic needs but after sometime he understood that his big dreams can't be fulfilled in that much wages he was earning. After a while he got introduced to the underworld through his university friends which resulted in a sudden change for his life and it took a different turn. He became an underboss mafia who was hidden in the underground world. Anshh chose to join Government so that he can still continue his work by staying hidden from the world as an USSS officer.
Career Story -
Anshh completed his bachelors and filled the application to be USSS agent under the state Government . As he had completed his learning during his bachelors so he was easily selected and got approved. He was then recruited as a junior USSS agent. At this moment he took a break from the underworld to keep his identity safe. It had been a long time since he was working as a junior agent in Government. After a while there were some applications open for USSS Deputy Director post. He took the opportunity and applied for it. He got accepted for that position because of his hardwork and his fluent communication skills. As he achieved a high ranking position therefore he didn't need to be accountable to other agents which was a plus point for him as he was selfish. He was confident and convincing. He was not getting enough salary to sustain his life so he started doing the things he used to do .He got to the underworld again and started doing their task, At this point he had a legal status and access to power which made it more easier for him to regulate underworld activities as well as to regulate government stuff. Anshh was very clever in doing his tasks without revealing his identity. He used to go undercover in Ghetto and do whatever he wanted rob people , torture them, giving classified information about legal things to gangs for money. As he was a High Command so he was not needed to be accountable to anyone and nobody could question him cause he used to frighten the one who used to question. He started living his dream life and at this point he became so rich by gathering wealth from doing illegal stuff that he became uncontrollable. He already had organisational powers but now he had enough wealth to shut someone if they knew about his doing. His goal was changed to only getting rich, Anshh carrier was all about wealth and getting stronger now.
Outcomes -
1) Anshh can take bribes from 10-15 (Limited to 100k)
2) Anshh can lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to show his id
3) Anshh can break IC law including: CCOP, Firearm Law, Penal Code, Procedure for Detention. (he must keep in mind the OOC consequences.)
4) Anshh can arrest someone by putting fake charges if he don't like them (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
5) Anshh can engage in any criminal activity such as ghetto clap, robbing and pickpocketing(not in actual criminal events (e.g. store robbery)
6) Anshh can use illegal weapons on duty and can sell and buy them on/off duty from someone or black market(not org gears)
7) Anshh on duty can take away illegal or legal stuff from 10-15 instead of confiscation
8) Anshh can detain people while being undercover
9) Anshh can torture/interrogate/ unconscious someone for getting out info( not kill )
