Life Story: Lukasz was born in Norway, in a small village where crime was on top. He experienced a pretty tough childhood with his father's alcoholism and mother working at the local dry cleaners to keep food on the table. Lukasz struggled every day fighting for his life to make sure not only him but his family had food on the table and bills were paid. One day while he was at the store attempting to steal food for his brothers, an officer caught them. He feared he would lose all of his food and supplies but sent his brothers away with them to take care of the family, while he took the fall for the crime. Lukasz feared he was going to end up locked away for life. The officer who caught them had another plan. He wanted to put Lukasz into a program to learn how to be a good law abiding citizen and make something of himself. After a few years, Lukasz enrolled in the police academy and decided to focus on the government and how to fix it. While he was a new man and followed the law, he yearned for crime.
Career Story: While in the academy Lukasz studied law and how to fix the town he lived in. He studied under many different officers learning the tips of being a strong willed, yet fair officer. He struggled studying knowing what he was leaving at home. He often had to take tests multiple times but eventually would pass and accept his achievements. After training and working his way up the ranks, Lukasz earned himself the position of Chief of Staff. He made great connections and was always the one that everyone went to to work with for help when struggling. After all of his networking, the devil on his shoulder began to speak a bit more about the life of crime he used to live. One day, he decided to abuse the power he gained to help his family out of poverty. He began taking bribes from the people he would arrest in exchange for legal favors. This kickstarted his life of corruption amongst the world of the law.
1 - Lukasz can be disrespectful/rude when talking to other people (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Toxicity, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19)
2 - Lukasz can start prison breaks, and use darknet to release people with contract (Only for contract through darknet).
3- Lukasz can take bribes (up to 100k and request guns, ammo, or other illegal items as bribes.)
4 -Lukasz can try to search for a bodycam (/try searches for bodycam) and can break it for his safety (/do breaks bodycam) [Two times per situation]
5 - Lukasz can use illegal weapons and he can pick up any weapons from the ground. (No Organization weapons)
6 - Lukasz can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
7 - Lukasz can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping.
8 - Lukasz can break IC law including: CCOP, Firearm Law, Penal Code, Procedure for Detention. (he must keep in mind the OOC consequences.)
