1. Leader of National Guard


2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?


First of all, I want to say that National Guard was the first Organization. I always liked NG . I have been to all other organizations and been in high ranks , which gives me a appropriate knowledge on how all the other orgs work. I already have experience on how to run NG as i have been the General. I have been in NG for more than 20 + Terms now and I have handled each and every department multiple times, which gives me an upper Hand since I know NG Completely in and out. I have experience to handle This organization as i have done it before.
My second reason is that in these many terms I have always seen other organizations looking down on NG as an low level Organization. I want to take this thought out of people first. Prove them that without NG is the most essential org in City. I want to get NG back to its best State, how it used to be while i was there before.
When i was the leader before, I had very good activity in every event. We were running very smoothly for a long time.

I have few points to focus on -
  • showing more activity from NG to all events
  • ammo runs will be done daily to organization that require ammo without much delay
  • I would like to plan strategies with other orgs for all events to win all the events
  • Also, i will conduct training sessions to improve combat technique of National Guard
  • Activity is the main area i want to focus on.
  • Gates to be guarded during the required hours.

We will have 4 departments

Human Resources
Focuses on Training the New Recruits and Helping them out with knowing the rules and Teaching how NG works. In my opinion This is the Main Department Because ,If HRT is good Then Units are trained well and Rule Breaks will be Less.
THIS WILL BE THE MAIN DEPARTMENT WHICH I WILL FOCUS MORE ON, BY HIRING GOOD AND EXPERIENCED PEOPLE.

Special Air and Sea Division


When the San Andreas State needsour help during the Store robbery, Subs, Hostage and Any other help, This Division will always be Ready to attend the events as it is their Main Job. This Department is the First Line in Deployment during any Event of attack of FZ.

Air Force


Air Force is Crucial in scouting around the FZ base to See if there is any threat of Attack on Base and also make sure the FZ Surroundings dont have any illgeal or suspicious Activity as we are responsible for the area around the FZ Base.

Military Police / Internal Affairs


Military Police is the Department where they do regular Inspection inside the Base to catch any Rule breaks and Illegal items inside base. Theyare also crucial in maintaining the Structure, Discipline and Integrity of The Army.

I would make few changes in rank structure and roles. (Which is not yet Guaranteed)

This Rank structure is just a Draft. Maybe i would change few more rank names to make it more realistic.

My experience in this city in legal organizations is

NG - General

EMS - Doctor

GOV - Deputy Governor

LSPD - Assistant Chief.


3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.

New People Joining the Org must be Trained properly, and they must be familiar with the server rules in order to not break rules.
I should first have a properly trained HR division which is perfect in training people properly and make sure the new people don’t do any rule breaks in role play.

The High commands play a key role in Controlling Departments and Works of NG. They must be active which is important.

There will be a fixed and proper Bonus System for all departments and also, I will be holding few special events inside base to cheer up the members and will motivate them to work hard.

In all these terms i have been the one to demote people regardless of my relationship with them. I was always strict on ranks and promotions with ZERO favoritism.

I have demoted my closest friends if I think they don’t deserve it. So, favoritism won't work under my leadership. Everyone is equal to National guard. This helps in increasing the role play.

I also have few ideas which i would like to discuss with higher ups in regard to few extra activities with other orgs to improve role play and relation with other orgs.

In One Sentence, I want to Make NG the BEST again.
