1.1The LSPD was the first organization I joined, it wasn’t easy. It was tough, but I was determined to do my best and give it my all throughout my time in the city. ive worked in many other organizations and get high ranks, but for me there’s no place I enjoy or feel comfortable in other than the LSPD.
1.2 Another reason is that Ive served in the LSPD for a very long time under different chiefs who led the department. Some didn’t complete their term, some did, and some got another term but didn’t fully complete it. Because of this, I know what mistakes were made, and I’ll know how to avoid them. It won’t be easy, but I’ll do everything in my power to give my best.
1.3 The last reason is that during my time in the LSPD, I’ve developed strong endurance. I know how to handle tough and high-pressure environments, and I’m confident in my ability to thrive in challenging situations.
3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organisation.
1. Ensuring Smooth Operations and Avoiding Errors:
I will work to ensure everything runs smoothly without any favoritism, I will strive to prevent the recurring mistakes that often happen, and I will do my best to ensure that every Head of Department is suitable for their position and capable of performing their duties excellently. This applies to all other departments as well.
2. Improving the HR Department, TOWIE Department :
2,1 Improving the HR Department:
I will do everything in my power to improve the HR Department. In other organizations, there are often issues with this department, and I will work hard to resolve them. I will ensure that the mistakes that frequently occur are not repeated, and I will make sure it is managed by highly competent individuals.
2.2 Developing the TOWIE Department:
I will focus on developing the TOWIE Department to operate efficiently without any obstacles. This department will be managed by an excellent and highly capable individual, and I will ensure that work in this department continues around the clock.
