Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.
ID 114404 will receive a punishment for RDM because He directly shots You without any demands.
ID 174693 will receive a punishment for Mixing Because he is calling you NPC.

Further they gave you proper 5 seconds demand but still you didn't leave the area so, it will not be considered as RDM and No mercy killing has been seen in the Given POV.​
