    3. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

    3.1 My primary motive to become Leader of lspd is my experience.I have passed many terms in LSPD as High Command.Also I leaded various departments as well as Chief of Staff.Also I taken a lot of inspiration from the last term of my friend Rikz White.Thats why I want to lead the whole organisation as leader.

    3.2 Secondly I want to become Leader because LSPD is one of the powerful organisation of the city.As a leader I want to remove all crime from the city and also focusing on traffic violation I want to remove all of them.

    3.3 Last reason is my Leading skill, Leadership qualities and communication skills.I can handle many situations easily.Also I have good leadership skills as I leaded LSPD l,FIB and other leo organisation as HC.So I hope I can do my best to take lspd in next level.

    4. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

    Favouritism:
    I'll try to make my organisation with zero favouritism.In my term no favouritism will be tolerated.Only the deserving people will get the High ranks.Also I'll make a interview system to hiring High Commands.

    Towie Development:
    I'll try to do 24/7 Towie.Ill give them max bonus and also I'll fix a weekly Target for Traffic Enforcement department.Ill make shifts for them so they can do 24/7 Tow.

    Human Resources Improvement:
    I'll make sure my Human Resources and Training Department working 24/7.Ill increase there bonus.Ill make 2 Head of HRT for 2 shift so they can hire people 24/7.

    Organization Relationship:
    I'll make strong relation with other organisations.Ill make special missions with other organisations and send my unit in there special mission to create a good relationship between us.
