Life Story:
Turbo was born on the streets of Istanbul and spent his life in difficulties. His mother was sick and his father was an uncaring man. He was always looking for a way out while trying to take care of his family by collecting food from garbage. But his father always treated him badly. One night, he had a big fight with his father and realised that he should no longer stay in the same house with that man and that he should work and save his mother from that man. As he was walking on the streets, he realised that a car was following him. He tried to escape but members of the gang forced him into the vehicle. When he opened his eyes, he was in the hands of one of the biggest crime gangs in Istanbul. They wanted him to do bad things. At first he tried to escape but failed. He was smart and skilful, and quickly became an important figure in the gang. One day while robbing the bank they attacked, SWAT teams swooped in with a beautiful operation and captured the whole gang and put them behind bars.
But the chief of the LSPD realised he was different and made him an offer. He would join the LSPD, leave his past behind and fight to clean up the filth-filled streets of Istanbul. Turbo had two options in front of him: Either spend the rest of his life behind bars or become a crime-fighting LSPD officer.
After a short period of reflection, he accepted the offer. Facing his past, he started to clean the streets that ruined him one by one. He was no longer on the side of criminals, but against them, working as SWAT for the Los Santos Police Department.
Career Story:
In the early days, Turbo worked as a janitor for the LSPD. Seeing his effort, the High Command wanted him in the department and he joined SWAT. He had killed many times for the gang in his time, so getting into shootouts was a piece of cake for him.Recently, he was very bored with the LSPD, and as he lay in his bed, he thought of his father, who had mistreated him during his childhood years, and now he wanted to find him and make him go through the same things, and now he had become a corrupt cop.
1. Turbo has the same ability to frighten and disrespect anyone as gang members do (Keeping in mind toxicity, Gen 6.10 and 6.19)
2. Turbo can break any laws ( only IC laws )
3. Turbo can lie about the request of a lawyer and not show his ID to any suspect.
4. Turbo can use illegal weapons on/off duty and can sell illegal weapons that he picked up off gang/family members.
5. Turbo can take bribes up to ( 100K and Guns ) To help people escape and rob (Pickpocket)
6. Turbo can act like a criminal. For example, go for the ghetto clap, buy, sell, or use illegal stuff (no ORG weapons included).
7. Turbo can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping
8. Turbo criminal past grants him the freedom to engage in various illegal activities without fear of repercussions such as killing people ruthlessly in ghetto like gangsters with his face covered and pickpocket, rob people due to his past with hes Family.
9. Turbo can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if he severely dislikes them or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
