2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
The reason that I want to be the leader of the Ballas gang is because this gang is one of the all time strongest and best gangs in the city and it is known for its good activity and winning a lot of events and has a good reputation. I have been leader of the Families and Marabunta gang which are not the most popular gangs and they are not always active but in my terms when I was leader of those gangs, I was able to make them very active and win a lot of events at different times all with great numbers!
The way that the Ballas headquarters is designed is very cool and in my opinion, it is one of the best HQ's to defend during raids whether it is during a gang raiding us or when FIB is raiding us and and it not only easy to defend during raids but it is also a fun HQ to play on.
The Ballas gang is one of the organizations that I have been thinking of applying for leadership of for a long time because of things such as the location of this HQ, the color of the gang and the fact that it is the most famous criminal organization and I believe now is a good time to do it because I have good deputies to help me do it and I have my family to support me on this journey to make this term very strong and active so we can dominate the ghetto and all the state organizations by winning all events easily with proper roleplay and minimum rule breaks!
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I have different suggestions to improve the level of RP in this org by setting a good impression of ourselves and the gang and to do that, we must start off the term strong by doing as many events as possible and showing great activity and winning them all to get the name of Ballas out there so more people will want to join the best gang in the city so they can experience what its like to not have to worry about losing and to have an amazing time!
It is also important to understand what the members of your organization are feeling like and what they are looking for in a gang so you can make sure they enjoy being in the gang, I want to create a fun, interactive and safe space for everyone that joins so they can have a good time and meet new people and make friends!
It is crucial for the leaders of org to be open to suggestions and to be able to take constructive criticism so they can make the org better than ever.
The leader of the gang should be able to understand the skill level of the members within his org so he can set the place and time of the events so that all the members are contributing to the gang and so that the members enjoy doing it too.
Setting some good challenges and tasks for the members can be a way for the members to test their skills and push themselves to their limits to see what they are truely capable of doing and so they can unlock their full potential.
