I'm not asking for a POV it is just for the format , I'm asking for an explanation for this behavior and to understand if it makes sense and that's how the game is played so that I can know for the future.

There are no such rules, that you didn't knew that "Ghetto "Red Zone" is not that u thinking.
( RDM = Killing without reason, Random Death Match ) in the ghetto allowed, it's a red zone, people shoot at each other as they wants, almost no rules apply except (VDM and something IDR and etc.)
The ghetto is for having fun shooting etc.

And about your complaint/thread, it will be rejected cause wrong format.
