Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

I) Bloods was one of the first gangs I joined in this city. Over time, many leaders came and went, but none truly lived up to what this gang deserves. I’m here to change that. I will make Bloods a gang to be feared, no one will step into our ghetto except us, I am very assertive, we’ll make sure every other gang fears us when they hear our name. We’ll make it so that any legal organization will hesitate before even thinking about raiding us or making any move against Bloods.
II) Every player will deserve respect regardless of rank, and disrespectful, toxic and troll people will not survive in our gang. There will be the best officers during the recruitment period. My connection with people is very good, I have almost no enemies and I am good at persuading people. We will make a difference in this city together with the best players and the best turfers!
III) As a leader i will personally lookout in every situation in gang, as i know what kind of conflicts mostly happens in tha gang, honestly speaking i dont just want us to be a gang that's good till the term ends and then forgotten after it, I'll definitely build something that lasts forever, how will i make these things possible? with soild plans that will work smoothly by giving HC ranks to who deserves and help beginners learn.
Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

I) Recruiting Members- Hiring or Recruiting Members Is very important in every organisation . So i will make sure for a continuous recruitment of new members . It will help us to get maximum number of members in events
II) Hiring Experienced Members- As we know Newbies are not familiar with the city rules So we will Try to hire Some experience members those who know the city rules well
III) Having Good Bonus System- Having a good bonus system in the organisation will motivate the members to get more active in the organisation and atend more events
IV) Favouritism- There is no favouritism in the organisation.Rules will be same for everyone and promotion will be given according to the activities and behaviour in organisation
V) Toxicity- Any kind of toxicity will not be tolerated in the organisation as it ruins the rp experience . If such things happen the person will get instant punishment for that i.e warning/demotion/kick/blacklist .
