How did the situation come about and what happened:
Dear Curator of the Project,
I tried to log into my account today and it didn't work for 4 hours because it says your IP is banned AC#702 and the date says March 10, 2023 but I didn't get my PC until May 2024 and I played Grand Theft Auto (I was IP banned for 4 months before) and now again even though I was still playing last week. I would be happy if I could be unbanned today and something would be done about the connection lost server is unvailble bug.
Otherwise I can send photos via discord upon request.
