No, You have to play using the legacy version only.
Maybe in future there will be some support but not now.

Grand RP does not currently support the enhanced version of GTA V. Most RP servers run on the older version of the game via FiveM or RageMP, which may not yet be compatible with the updated edition. You can play on enhanced but its not stable. Progress is the same you get no losses. But you will get many more crashes.
