2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
Ans =
1) First The EMS is most important organization in city so I see EMS Employee work very hard they work day shift night shift evening shift but they doesn't not get any bonus. As a EMS Leader my target is Manage All Department like those Department head doing good work or not is they do corruption or not I don't want to see any corruption as a leader if i see if anybody is doing I will Blacklist them immediately.
2) I have a EMS Experience and knowledge About EMS both

3) So As a Leader First I will Increased Organization Bonus Like if employees do hard work they will deserve I will host promotion ceremony daily week. I will Host Events If Any Employees Win They will Get Money. So In my term first I will make it corruption free And Most Important Think Is SH (Sandy Shores) I see there no Employees Is Going I will Increased Bonus FOR SH That they can work perfectly and they can motivate. And make City Safe.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Ans = 1). if i see If any Employees Is working hard I will gave them bonus also we will open bonus system for medical student also like when there training session start I will gave them some low bonus after while when they will achieved promotion I will gave them more extra bonus to everyone who works hard Also As a Leader I will also Cover Lobbie Because I don't have any EGO I will check if anybody take replacement urgently I will replace them otherwise I will tell my employees to replace them and I will told them when you will come on duty make sure fill logs. Because Many Guys Dont fill logs I will told them to My HR head to Gave Them training with properly and detailed because logs is very important bonus will carry on it. I will create Events.
2). if hostage situation is going on I will told them to give us a Emergency Calls There I will gave them Medical Attention. I will Do Department Checkup Because Many Respected Leos Don't want to come EMS because it's so long distance so as our duty i will gave them Health Insurance Pills Etc. And I will do Medrun if any organization needs Medicines like LSPD, SAHP, FIB, NG i will do Medrun. And if my employees is participate there I will gave them bonus because it's take times I don't want to waste there time.
3). I will Tell my employees to do captchas also because that was most important I will increased captchas Bonus med run Bonus and its a teamwork. So I will try to provide a best environment in EMS.
Departments :-
1) Human Resources:- They will Hire Peoples And gave them Proper Training and knowledge about EMS to Maintain a good Roleplay .
2) MD Department:- There Main work is Selling Medicines Insurances Check Diseases And also Cover The lobbies PH / SH.
3) AS Department:- There Main work is Calls If any Patients Death in Road while car accident or any other else Our Employees will go there and help Them.
4) RO Department:- There Main work is if any person is death and the distance is so far out employees take helicopter and patch them.
5) LT Department:- There Main work is captchas and medicine Delivery They will check how many medicines we have in our org how many pills insurance etc.
6) PR Department:- There Main work is Host Events They will do Health checkup Also.
7) IA Department:- There Main Work is They will keep an eye our employees of any employees don't have medical insurance they will check it. If any employees Requirement is not matching they will report it.
