2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation}

I am playing Grand RP EN 3 from much time i believe i have enough experience to lead a illegal organization. I want to show up my leadership skills. I will show the best term of families till now with be best quality of RolePlay in organization. My desire to lead the Families also improve the respect for the gang's history and its potential within Los Santos. I've observed the current state of the Families, and I believe I possess the strategic vision and interpersonal skills to lead the best Families Gang Organization. I aim to:

• Make a perfect gang in ghetto no favoritism will be promoted under my term the ranks will be given to the one who deserve it and with proper interview we will hire newbie but we gonna make sure to tell them every rule everything about it and make sure they do proper roleplay. If anyone would be seen doing toxicity will be straight blacklisted from the organization.
  
  
• We will show 100% of our activity. Every situation will have a good number of units we will also hire maximum turfers to win every situation and event we will do daily maximum number of FZ Raid, Store robbery Clands, Capture, Hostage situation, Dealer Recruitment, Highway robbery and battleship etc. with proper and maximum bonuses
  
  
• Every conflicts and any problem will be solved in gang members and if someone does toxicity as mentioned will be blacklisted directly. I can't tolerate and conflicts fights between gang members i want perfect roleplay with mature and experienced members. proper interview at the time of joining it will be the best term of families i can guarantee it. Also any kind of rule break will not be tolerated whether major or minor rule breaker must be punished if minor and major rule breaker will be direct blacklisted to maintain proper level of Roleplay as well as professionalism.

3. Your advice for improving Role Play level in the organization:

• Good number of players in every event the maximum numbers experienced and turfers from our side will be perfect to full fill our goals mentioned below.
  we will win every situation and event with this criteria wining every situation or event.
  
  
• Giving out bonuses the new comers require bonuses to play in any gang i will be giving out best bonuses ever in my term. also extra bonus to the best performer of the event as an appreciation also some extra bonus per kill and as per roles in situation or rest of the members.
  
  
• No toxicity, unprofessionalism, favoritism and lenient high commands will be tolerated high command maybe strict member should be professional to run the perfect term ever in the history of families gang. maximum activity and events will be participated.
