Not off topic: No admin responded at the situation and all of them were doing mg and robbing inside hq and was keeping a car in hq is not allowed as per my knowledge

I am also an Ex-Leader of gang as per my knowladge, Nobody can steal a car and keep it in the HQ of any gang if they did that they also got warn to his gang and if they are braking rules again and again the gang will be disband and you can also see that they are doing MG also.
And all the gang members is supporting him that means mass rule break.
