1.1 The LSPD was the first organization I joined, and it wasn’t an easy . It was challenging, but I was determined to give it my all and push myself to succeed. Over time, I’ve had the opportunity to work in various organizations and achieve high ranks, but no place has ever felt like home the way the LSPD does Its where I truly belong
1.2 Another reason is my extensive experience serving in the LSPD under different leaders Each chief brought their own style and approach to leading the department and Ive learned valuable lessons from observing their successes and challenges. This experience give me a clear understanding of what works , and Im confident in my ability to lead while avoiding past pitfalls.
1.3 Lastly my time in the LSPD has taught me how to thrive under pressure. Ive faced countless tough situations and high-stakes environments, and Ive always managed to stay focused and deliver results. This strength will be crucial in ensuring the department operates smoothly and continues to grow.
Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organisation.

Ensuring Smooth Operations and Avoiding Errors:
I will prioritize fairness and consistency in all operations, ensuring no room for favoritism. I,ll work to identify and address recurring mistakes, making sure each Head of Department is not only qualified but also fully capable of excelling in their role.
Improving the HR Department and TOWIE Department:
2.1 Improving the HR Department:
I am committed to strengthening the HR Department, as it plays a critical role in the organization’s success. I’ll address common issues and ensure the department is managed by skilled and competent individuals who can handle their responsibilities effectively. By doing so, we can create a more efficient and supportive environment for everyone.
2.2 Developing the TOWIE Department:
I will focus on enhancing the TOWIE Department to ensure it operates seamlessly and without interruptions. This department will be led by a highly capable individual, and I’ll make sure it functions around the clock to support the organization’s needs. A strong TOWIE Department will contribute significantly to improving the overall role-play experience.
