2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization.
- I aim to become the leader of vagos because of my knowledge and team building efforts to ace in a term with no hardships or trouble by ensuring set of rules and regulations as well as maintaining the fun aspect of being in vagos as well as being a gang member, I understand the importance of vagos as an organization and its vitality in the city. I aim to train new members and make them well experienced in illegal operations and gang activity to shape them into being the best of the best in Vagos under my leadership and my knowledge.
- Apart from fixing problems and training our gangsters I also aim to maintain a good team in the organization by retaining members to ensure positive relationships between the gangsters of vagos and to ensure there is no toxicity or saltiness within the gang, this leads to a smooth transition during the term and maintains teamwork especially during scripted and unscripted events under my very specific guidance as the leader of vagos.
- It is important to ensure the daily activities and operations of the gang without missing out of specific events and opportunities, as the leader i aim to give attention and focus to each and every part of the gang activities and what we do as gangster, from terrorizing the city and posing threats to LEOS and creating the necessary chaos in the city with right techniques and the best gangsters that are all part of vagos gang. Ill ensure every aspect of needed things to be done in the organization are covered, ranging from turf, graffiti, car thefts, cland, battle ships and so many more.

- To improve roleplay in the organization the most important aspect is the way our members behave in certain scenarios, my advice would be to train new gangsters to ensure they dont make mistakes that could lead to trouble and guild them how to roleplay in every scenario to improve the quality and essence of roleplay in our organization ensuring they do not miss any aspect of being the best gangster in the city with no repercussions except being buster by our dear LEOS of the city. apart from that i will ensure as the leader every member is guided by the right high commands and mentor in the organization for the best experience for them as well as for the city we terrorize.
