2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization ?

1:I believe I have good leader qualities , I have been HC in most legal organizations including 2 terms as Governor . I have good experince and belive that I could make a good leader .
2:I have good command of english and good comunication skills , problem solving skills and logical thinking , so I would be able to improove how the organization functions and overall activities of the gang .
3: I have a lot of experience and I have been a leader before , so I can bring a lot of knwoledge and teach my empoyees about the city , make sure LSPD is active and improove how the organization functions and its activity , thus improoving its standing in the city .

3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organisation.

LSPD has strugled in the past with low activity , problems with towing and attending some events . I think that my past experince in being HC in other organizations , including LSPD and being an ex leader make me ideal to adress some of these issues . I have a plan that would make LSPD a better more active organization and a lot more enjoyable and friendly toward new players as well as attractive for experinced ones . My plan for each department :

1. HRT - HRT is the back bone of any organization , my plan is to make HRT as active as possible , implement new rules and requirments for HRT members and esnure swift and quality training for everyone that join the org , especialy for new players that dont have LOE experince .

2.Towing department : Historicaly that is the department strugles with activity the most , my plan to make it active is to have dedicated units in it as tow officers and implement weekly quotas for every member of LSPD in towing and ticketing . Also I would divide the city into zones and ensure that tow trucks are active in each zone and these zones are being patrolled . Also I would implement better bonus structure for towing and ticketing .

3.SWAT : SWAT is important for LSPD as they are the officer that have more experience and tactical knwoledge . I would implement different teams in SWAT and have the perform different functions as in IRL SWAT departments . Also to improove engagment and activity from swat I would encourage training with differnt ORGS ( FIB , SAHP , NG , GOV ) so that SWAT is ready and the act proffesional and have the knwoledge to act accordingly in any situation .

4.Internal affairs : IA would deal with investigating the conduct of officers and ensure that all Officers follow state laws , any and all unwated behaviour will be adrressed swifly and accordingly . Thus ensuring that the organization functions efficently and there is no unwanted behavior that affects the satnding of the org with other orgs and the general public .

5. Public relation : PR would deal with the public on daily basis and ensure that LSPD maintains a good relationship with all members of the public , they will be tasked with conducting PR events daily and interact with everyone in a pleasant and maeningfull way .

6. Under cover : UC is an important part of LSPD , it would be tasked with gathering evidence on crime activity and this assisting FIB . UC would be consisted of higly motivated individuals with good knwoledge of the laws and how to act in all situations , UC will get high bonuses for any valid peace of evidence they collect .

In conclusion I plan to make LSPD a lot more active and engaging with other ORGS and the general public thus insuring a better RP experince for everyone .
