Dear GrandRP Project Management,
I am writing a complaint with both of my IDs because Monika Tired claimed that my Twink account was banned due to my main account. Therefore, two IDs are listed in this application.
I am hereby submitting an official request for the unbanning of my main account (ID: 43894) and my Twink account (ID: 202129). My main account was banned on 05.04.2024 by Roberto Fire for alleged leaking and doxxing (player), and my Twink account was banned on 06.03.2025 by Monika Tired. It is important to note that my Twink account was created weeks after the ban of my main account, which makes the decision even more questionable.
At that time, I contacted the chief admins and asked whether I could create a Twink account. I was informed that I had a permanent ban but no blacklist, so this was allowed. Furthermore, Lebron Pluxury himself had previously rejected this post:

After a thorough review on my part, I am firmly convinced that the allegations against me are unjustified. The ban on my main account is based on private chat logs that were revealed in the context of private support by Monika Tired and an OOC friend of mine. These chat logs took place exclusively on third-party platforms like Discord, Instagram, and WhatsApp, and had no connection to the GrandRP project. They were neither published on the forum or made available on the official GrandRP Discord.
Therefore, I believe the sanction is not in line with applicable German law, especially in regard to data protection regulations and the safeguarding of privacy. Private messages that are not directly related to the project should not be used as the basis for a game ban. Additionally, I find it highly problematic that many admins present themselves publicly on the Grand Discord to gain reach on Instagram, which I consider a questionable practice.
I would like to emphasize that this decision has caused me significant financial harm. Since this is my last attempt to appeal, I am forced to consider legal action if no satisfactory solution is found. No admin or project has the right to examine my private messages or take consequences based on them.
I hereby request that Lebron Pluxury reexamines my case and contacts Monika Tired to clarify whether the measures imposed are in accordance with the applicable rules and terms and conditions (AGB). I refer to the official guidelines of the project:

Ich schreibe eine Beschwerde mit beiden IDs, weil Monika Tired meinte, dass mein Twink wegen meines Main-Accounts gebannt wurde.
Deswegen sind hier zwei IDs angegeben im Antrag.
hiermit stelle ich einen offiziellen Antrag auf Entbannung meines Main-Accounts (ID: 43894) sowie meines Twink-Accounts (ID: 202129). Mein Main-Account wurde am 05.04.2024 von Roberto Fire aufgrund von angeblichem Leaking und Doxxing (Spieler) gesperrt, mein Twink-Account am 06.03.2025 von Monika Tired. Es ist jedoch zu beachten, dass mein Twink-Account erst Wochen nach der Sperre meines Main-Accounts erstellt wurde, was die Entscheidung zusätzlich fragwürdig macht.
Zu diesem Zeitpunkt habe ich die Chef-Admins kontaktiert und nachgefragt, ob ich mir einen Twink-Account erstellen darf.
Mir wurde daraufhin mitgeteilt, dass ich einen Permanent-Bann habe, jedoch keine Blacklist, weshalb dies erlaubt sei.

Nach eingehender Prüfung meinerseits bin ich der festen Überzeugung, dass die mir zur Last gelegten Vorwürfe nicht gerechtfertigt sind. Der Ban meines Main-Accounts basiert auf privaten Chatverläufen, die im Rahmen eines privaten Supports durch Monika Tired sowie einen OOC-Freund von mir offengelegt wurden. Diese Chatverläufe fanden ausschließlich auf Drittplattformen wie Discord, Instagram und WhatsApp statt und hatten keinerlei Bezug zum GrandRP-Projekt. Sie wurden weder im Forum noch auf dem offiziellen GrandRP-Discord veröffentlicht oder zur Verfügung gestellt.
Daher halte ich die Sanktion für nicht konform mit geltendem deutschem Recht, insbesondere im Hinblick auf Datenschutzbestimmungen und die Wahrung der Privatsphäre. Private Nachrichten, die nicht im direkten Zusammenhang mit dem Projekt stehen, dürfen nicht als Grundlage für eine Spielsperre verwendet werden. Zudem sehe ich es als äußerst problematisch an, dass sich viele Admins auf dem Grand-Discord selbst öffentlich präsentieren, um Reichweite auf Instagram zu generieren – was in meinen Augen einer fragwürdigen Praxis entspricht.
