One of the main reasons I am so keen on assuming the leadership of Families is that the last two terms have been unfortunately characterized by instability and low activity. The previous terms were either disbanded or had little participation, which is a disservice to the potential of this great organization. I'm resolute to restore Families to where it belongs – on top. I wish to relight its past glory, not just for the sake of boosting the gang, but in order to be an intimidating contender to other gangs as well as even state-sponsored agencies. Ultimately, I aspire to provide an arena where one could have a ball, unleash some tough rivalry, and savor the fun of belonging to an elite-level gang.
As Families leader, I am determined to have 100% turf control by the end of our term. I've handpicked a group of hard-working and talented members who will be instrumental in assisting us in this goal. We aim to take over events with the biggest numbers and establish ourselves as the hardest and smartest opponent to beat for other gangs. In my opinion, it's time to put Families on top and make a challenge for anyone that is brave enough to try and take us on.
I have long believed that Families has the potential to be one of the most powerful gangs in the game. Unfortunately, previous leaderships have failed to achieve this potential, but I am here to do what they could not. My goal is to turn this gang into one of its best forms, and to lead it to the top—where it deserves to be. I wish to make Families a powerhouse and command respect with it, and provide thrilling challenges for all concerned.
I’ve gained valuable experience serving as a deputy in several gangs. In these roles, I’ve had the opportunity to support leadership, make key decisions, and learn firsthand what it takes to run a successful gang. Now, after working closely alongside leadership, I’m ready to take on the responsibility of leading Families myself and bringing it to new heights.
I've been with Families for some time , as deputy, I'm happy to report it's been one of the most active and productive terms the gang has enjoyed in years. We've had a high profile in the city and at events, and I've gained precious experience that will guide Families to even greater heights. I am prepared to apply that same vigor, dedication, and strategic mindset to Families, so we remain in the cutting edge of the competition and set the example.
✧ Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization ✧
In order to enhance roleplay within Grove Street Families, I think we should put a greater emphasis on planning different situations and maintaining good participation by calling out members actively and ensuring that we have good numbers present at every situation. This will provide rich, immersive, and dynamic RP situations. Furthermore, creating alliances or rivalries with other gangs and institutions will provide thrilling competition and enrich the situations for everyone present. We might also be able to investigate roleplaying with corrupt state cops, like trading information or working together in scenarios, to make interesting and dynamic roleplay opportunities. If I'm in charge, my intention is to make it a friendly, safe, and open space where everyone feels welcome and encouraged to engage. I intend to build gang chemistry by planning and strategizing situations together, which will enhance our performance in situations and provide a fun experience for everyone.
