1. Leader of Los Santos Police Department
The LSPD was my first destination to embark on the best journey of my life—living as an LEO. I learned an incredible amount of valuable things there, and it was my first launch as High Command. Through this experience, I gained extensive knowledge until I became highly skilled in several departments and even led some of them. This is what motivated me to strive for the LSPD Leader position and give my all to this organization as a duty.
I chose it because I have spent a lot of time there and know every detail—its strengths, challenges, and everything in between. I also understand which departments are critical, requiring experience and dedication, yet have been neglected by many. However, with my capabilities, confidence, and the right team, the LSPD will reach its peak under my excellent leadership, which I aspire to achieve if I become Chief of Police.
2. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organisation.
The LSPD has suffered from numerous prolonged issues, even under the leadership of good commanders who were unable to overcome them. But I will ensure that these problems do not persist if I become the Leader.
1. Department Structure
• Each department will have a COS (Chief of Staff) with the necessary qualifications and sufficient experience.
• There will be two Heads for each department, ensuring coverage for both day and night shifts, keeping the department active around the clock.
2. Priority Departments
• The HRT and TOWIE DEPARTMENT will have the most workload.
• Their schedules will be carefully managed to ensure continuous activity, as these units require more effort than others.
• Both departments will be active throughout the day and always available in the city.
• A special bonus system with high incentives and exclusive privileges will be introduced for them.
With my vision and determination, I will make the LSPD the strongest and most effective force the city has ever seen. If I become Chief of Police, I will ensure an era of excellence, discipline, and unmatched leadership.
