hello admins and I hope you are doing well.
today I tried to log into my account as usual to find my character got banned permanently for GR 1.3 claiming that I tried to scam, and I had no idea why in particular, I only remember renting a table at the beach market to sell big gifts and RP tickets, and left in a hurry to work my night shift at the SAHP.
after contacting an admin for the detail, he informed me that I had put 2 RP tickets for sale for 6mil and the 4 other couples for 600k.
so I want to express my deep sorry, as I was totally unaware of this honest mistake, in fact I have seen this a few times before and I immediately contacted the owners of the shop to give them a heads up about their mistake and they sincerely thanked me and came to fix it.
I am not old in this game as I only started playing for 2 months, and I have been having the best time of my life, this is my firs time committing a mistake and a costly one at that.
I really hope you could consider giving me a second and final chance, because I believe this punishment is a bit too harsh for an honest first time mistake, and I promise to be more careful all the time.
