Today I got pc checked and admins find something wrong with my settings file and I got banned for Minus Settings. I didn't know that using those settings are illegal. I was using these settings file because my pc is not that good and I wanted to get a little bit more fps by lowering the graphics. After my ban I verified everything and now I have default settings. I am sending the settings file that I am using right now. Please give me last chance. It won't happen again and I will be more careful while playing the game.
