I have seen how leadership mistakes lead to disbandment and know how to prevent those failures. • Ensure everyone understands their role and expectations in both everyday RP and special events.
• Engage with legal and illegal groups to create more dynamic, multifaceted RP scenarios.
• My priority will always be to support my gang members first. I will ensure that no matter their rank, every member feels secure and valued within the organization. If any member is facing a tough situation, I will step in to help, providing guidance and protection. Even those in the lowest ranks will receive the same care and attention as higher-ranked members. Their well-being and security within the gang will always come first, and I will create an environment where everyone feels safe and supported, no matter their position.

2.1-This was my first gang when I get in the los Santos City (Vagos) I will make sure that when leos see Vagos in doing store robbery ,FZ raid ,gun store robbery or subs , They should have some fear to fight with Vagos members or enter and I have spent my most of the time in the Vagos only

2.2 I will make a meeting among the Vagos members in every 3 days and weekly meetings with HIGH COMMAND
In the meeting they will tell me what that have done I these days and where they need help , in there sessions we will tell the some more rules to them or we will clear there doubts if they are confused in any rule, by this way we will hardly get the warning on the gang because no one will do rule break and they will get the know lead also that how deal with any situation .

2.3- Vagos has a very good location and it is the best location for solar plant so i can give more and more bonus to my gang members , I will make sure that when Leos see Vagos in doing Store Robbery, FZ raid ,Gun Store Robbery or Subs , They should have some fear to fight with Vagos members or enter and I have spent my most of the time in the gang only

3.1 Vagos will do event like store Robbery, FZ Raid ,Gun Store Robbery or subs on the daily bases
3.2 I will give maximum amount of bonus as they have also contributed to make Vagos all the time and they will get there bonus timely
3.3 Favoritism and power miss uses will not be expected any more in my gang
3.4 I will make sure that all 46 graffities locations are under Vagos and no one can paint over the graffities
3.5 we will manage to take more and more turf members in our gang ( I have 14 turf member right now ) but i will still search for others for 100% turf

a) i want to be leader of Los Santos Vagos org Because i have gained 31 years of experience in this city already and being reaching till here i have always been the State orgs but i know well criminal orgs also moreover I'm a curious person in every field so now is the time for me to start exploring things from the front and lead the path for my fellow mates and dominate everywhere.

b) Ive been in this project for almost EXP than a and Ive learned a lot in that time I have a high level of experience on both sides so I know everything on both Crime and State side of the game and that gives me a lot of advantages ,

c) Lastly people are now a days always complaining that city is dead , ghetto is dead , no fun in city so ill make sure that people do events not to complete their weekly criteria but ill do events daily like hostage situation, 24*7 , gun store, ghetto clapping in order to enjoy and have max fun in city and most importantly without breaking any rules

a) In order to increase activity of my gang ill try to give max bonuses after every event no matter we win or loose this will indirectly motivate people to attend more events

b) In events like FZ raid or battleship everything will be for gang members itself for gang there will be only half armor plates. This will attract them to get free loot

c) Ill create max RP situations on daily basis in order to make it more interesting for my gang members as well as other orgs involved but keeping in mind and following all the rules

If I get this job I will consider the following things:
We will continue to make the city glow yellow (graffiti) as usual, active spraying and lawn money collection is also a promotion criterion for us.

2. We as Vagos also have the goal to let the drug business in the city flourish again, our people should sell more coke and weed on the street as well as on the black market, because this has fallen asleep a bit lately.

3. We also want to revive the tuning and lowrider scene through events like drag races and the like.

4. ammunition rob / shop rob : Here it is our intention to offer RP to all people and not just for shooting. As you know, we don't ask for a lot of money, but give the other person the chance to think of some offers (medkits, weapons, some carps/trouts or whatever people think of).

5) In general, we focus on events like Chicken, Battle Ship , Submarine, Informant or Black Market, which will continue to be offered at full strength.

--> First of all i have spent much time in gangs and specially marabunta so now i think i have grinded & gained that much experience that i can apply for leadership. i have been i both State organisation as well as Crime organisations at high command rank so i know all from basic to high level !!
--> Secondly Specially Vagos i am applying cause its a versatile gang and i do like the location of Vagos's Headquaters as its at the Differrent of ghetto like if anyone wants to experience gang culture and gangs things being new in city he/she can come to vagos as its a bit safe side ! Vagos's Hq is also best for planting solars to make some sort of money !!
--> Thirdly as i said i have been in both state & crime so i know both side of views of people and will try to do my best to possibly run the term without any flaws and also most of the gangs get disband in turf but i know each and every single detail of it so i will manage to do it correctly without getting any warns..

--> Firstly we have to select best high commands for org. as i will be online but still people do reply on hc's.. i will make sure they are not doing any favouritism in selecting people & providing ranks to them..
--> Secondly i will train people by my self to do criminal activities & other things like graffities, killing, robbing & kidnapping.. most of leaders do not do so..
--> Thirdly i will try do distribute more & more bonuses as if people do get their works paid they will enjoy doing it so i will make my bonus systems best..
--> At last but not the least i will try to do more and more events like Store robberies, Fz raids , Hostage Situations so people will not get bored and they will enjoy..
