Dear admins , as you can see we were in middle gun fight and player 63765 cuffs me during a active gun fight which is a clear violation of State rule 5.4 later on after I die and go to PH on the top left side you can see ID 63765 cuffed me as a command shows.

violation of State rule 5.4 state that you cannot arrest somebody while it is a gunfight, in the POV you can clearly see that the gunfight was over at the place off cuffs.
