Since the day I arrived in this city, I have dedicated myself to the FIB. For me, it has never been just a job it’s like a family, nearly 2 years spent with the FIB, Ive gained a lot of experience, memoriess, built strong relationships and developed a deep sense of responsibility toward this organization. Now i believe its time for me to take the next step and lead the FIB into a new era of professionalism, activity and fairness. my goal as the leader of the FIB isnt just to win events or dominate in numbers itss to create a lasting well structured organization that future leaders can build upon. I want to restore the true legacy of the FIB ensuring it remains a professional, discipline and respected institution. With my leadership, dedication and commitment to fair and structured operations, Iam confident that the FIB will not only succeed but also set the gold standard for law enforcement in the city.
3. Your Advice for Improving the Roleplay Level in the Organization:
For resstoring discipline and structure promotions and ranks will be earned solely based on performance, dedication and meritevery agent will be held accountable for their actions and High Command will be expected to set an example for the rest of the organization.
Under my leadership, every department will operate at maximum efficiency from investigations to tactical operations.
To boost engagement i will implement a realistic and rewarding bonus system to increase motivation, participation, creating an environment where everyone feels encouraged to contribute.
Strict rp standards and trraining:
Every agent will be trained extensively on proper /me, /do and /try even in minor interactions. This will ensure a higher level of immersive rp across all operations.
PDA access, arrests, investigations and even simple tasks like patrolling will require proper rp execution.
Departmental Efficiency and Specialization:
Each department will focus on its specific role, reducing unnecessary overlaps and confusion.
The Undercover Division will handle evidence gathering, ensuring gangs don’t feel safe in the city.
Special Operations will conduct large-scale raids and operations with carefully planned tactics.
Human Resources will ensure that only qualified and well-trained agents are part of the FIB.
Internal Affairs will investigate any signs of corruption or favoritism, maintaining integrity within the organization.
Enhancing rolplay andprofesssionalism:
I want to raise the rp standards within the FIB by ensuring all agents follow strict rp guidelines. Every agent will be required to use /me, /do and /try commands effectively to create immersive scenarios.
I will introduce new rp based training programs to ensure our agents not only follow procedures but also trulyembody their roles as law enforcement officers.
The FIB will always maintain a respectful and professional attitude toward other organizations, ensuring smooth cooperation and high-quality rp interactions.
Meeting and training planss
The FIB building has a meeting room and Ive noticed it hasn’t been used since the FIB moved latest locationn. During my term, I will hold weekly meetings with HODs and COSs to discuss what we accomplished that week, our mistakes and how we can improve.
Tactical and dynamic Roleplay
We will not rely on repetitive or predictable tactics. Instead i will design unique strategies for raids and operations to make rp more exciting and engaging
Professionalism and conduct
FIB agents will always remain professional. Toxicity and rule breaking will not be tolerated.
Agents will be required to announce their badge number before speaking on the radio to increase realism and discipline.
Active feedback and continuous improvement
Weekly High Command and agent meetings will be held to discuss improvements and listen to feedback from agentss at all levels.
Reports will be submitted to Deputies regularly to ensure transparent and accountable leadership.
