Hello sir , I have already been punished for GR 3.1 by yashwanth Approved - GR 3.2 | 108854, but i also got punished again by Risav Raj , How can I get punishment for same reason , here Approved - GR 3.2 | 108854

instead i am watching some forum decision over here one admin have done dession like already got punished for same situation here : Reviewed - Toxicity,Provoking, FL , Mixing in cc | 163237, 58294

So can you please check I got punished for same situation and the difference is also 10 min, So is there any targeting going on please check because I see today a new forum here based on same situation and the person who raised is also not related here : Pending review - GR 3.1 3.2 | 108854
