as you can see in the pov this guy doing ub demands by counting too fast than irl 5 seconds.

he is telling you to leave the area, but you choose to not leave and step out of the car and put up your weapon. ofc he can kill you when you dont comply with his demands

and btw, you can start shoot him before he finish his demands, you dont need to wait for his 5 second countdown(you have the advantage to shoot first bullet). you should be happy that they give the demands
