Someone accessed my account without my permission, and it turned out to be a hacker who
breached it using only the password and email associated with the account.

I stopped playing for a while and returned recently, only to discover that my account had been banned. I reported the issue I faced, and you informed me that you needed the player number. Now, I am submitting this request to lift the ban on my account. For your awareness, this issue will not recur, as I will enable two-step verification. I will also provide the email linked to the account to confirm that it is indeed mine.
