It is written in GR 2.3 - All Enterprises (including gas stations) are green zones.
Unscripted Green Zones - Places in the city which are supposed to be a green zone but not marked on the HUD. These places are supposed to function just like other green zones marked on the map.

Hence, there is no point in giving demands (also, according to player 117672 pov, he did not hear any such demands from any of you)
In RP there is nothing called warning shots (thats attempt to murder, which is not allowed here)
