Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Accept this report.

Extended POV was not provided, but clear rule breaks can be seen in the POV Hence,

ID 149503 will receive a punishment for VDM.
(As seen in the POV ID 149503 did intentionally do VDM again and again)

And However,

ID 128055 will receive a punishment for Metagaming.
(As seen in the POV ID 128055 was seen in the POV communicating using a 3rd party software)
