2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation).
i. I aspire to lead the Marabunta organization to foster greater camaraderie among groups and bring more roleplay to the city.Being experienced as a underdeputy leader many times, I have harnessed my abilities and am ready to take head on any challenge and confront and given situation regardless of how tense the circumstances given would be.
ii. I am willed and visioned to create a term where the criminal rp of the game is promoted and people experience realistic criminal side of the world. I plan on prioritising rp and work so relentlessly.I envision leading the Marabunta to claim the top position among city gangs. While this may sound ambitious, I believe with the right individuals and motivation, attaining the #1 spot is feasible. I will collaborate closely with members to build a formidable gang.
iii.While in a gang, gang members must follow the hierarchy between the ranks and thats why I will assign people to their deserved ranks this will help to improve the gangand the role play in the organization and I will promote a merit based system so that the the member the organization have the motivation to work hard,show their capabilities and climb up the ranks.
3.Your Advices for improving roleplay level in organisation.
i.Focusing on gang activities such as graffiti, hostage situations and robberies.
ii.having capable leaders who can lead the organization and avoid rule breaks.
iii.I will promote a merit based rank system,Which allows the member to rank up and get paid based on their merit.
iv.I intend to devise scenarios, events, or quests that enable gang members to partake in roleplay engagements.
v.I intend to implement internal gang strictnes, toxic behaviour and breaking rules wont be tolerated.
