in the starting of arrest He didnt tell me My charges, Not tell me my Rights And he didnt ask me about Lawyer And and the last he started non rp driving

I got command from the Governor of the city to arrest you , that command gave me right and obligation to process you without any further questioning , When there was no questioning to do that means i was not obligated to remind you your rights or anything , If you felt that what governor and i did was wrong you could have requested for a lawyer which you didnt do , And above of that you should gone to GOV to file a IC case against me and the governor .

Also This Guy was doing Meta Gaming , As he was taking direction of how to rob the ATM with his friend on the Discord which is clearly audible in the POV . And if looked closely he is not recording all the Overlays as well ( GR 6.17 )

He also already confessed his crime in the RP chat , So there were no questionings left thats why i didnt read him his rights .
