Upon reviewing the evidence I have decided that
ID 152210 will receive a punishment for UB driving
As seen in POV he was driving car while the car tyres were damaged
However
ID 126591 [ Thread Owner ] will receive a punishment for Power Gaming
As seen in POV he placed spike under the car
