2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
1-I want to be the leader of Vagos because I have always wanted to run a well organized gang. I have been involved in multiple gangs I have been Under Deputy and coming close to Deputy in many of them. Becoming the leader of Vagos would allow me to apply everything I have learned from my past experiences and take the Vagos to another level. Also, my experience in multiple LEO organizations has given me a good understanding of both sides of RP, which will help Vagos while I'm leader.
2- My second reason as why I want to be a leader of Vagos is because I don't see lots of gangs active at all times. I am mainly a night and after noon player. I will appoint deputy's that are active when I'm not. I will also do my best to appoint people who work there hardest and put the most time into the gang as high commands. I think to many gangs ranks are based off favortism and I want to make a change in my gang. This will postively affect vagos as the gang will be active at all times.
3- I have always worked towards being the best gang the city has ever seen. My leadership will transform Vagos into a highly ranked gang with excellent lots of people at events, strategic alliances, and showing Vagos strength to the rest of the gangs. I will have reward systems in place to motivate members, ensuring that our turnout is never low at all events and wars. Vagos is close to my heart because it was one of the first gangs I belonged to and I am committed to making it the most respected organization in the city.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
1- To maximize the RP experience, I will ensure that Vagos operates as realistically as possible. All members, old and new, will have an opportunity to grow within the gang and earn their place. I plan on logging a lot more stuff to see who has been the most active. I also want to teach new comers how to rp in the gang and teach them how to be a good gang member.
2- I will make sure that there are high-quality RP engagements with law enforcement and other agencies. Hostage takeovers, robberies at stores, and negotiations will be thoroughly planned to give a realistic RP experience for all. This will also make other criminal groups to enhance RP by creating higher-level conflicts. This will also spark more rp though out the gangs.
3- I will possess a high rate of gang activity, with Vagos being a big gang in the city. My leadership will be focused on ensuring that members are well equipped, well organized, and active in various RP activities, such as store robberies, gun store robberies, and turf wars. I will also ensure that all actions performed by the gang are in line with good RP.
