Ban Reason: Rule 1.3 (Fraud).
Ban Time Left: 9998
Why should we unban you:
Request for Reassessment of My Permanent Ban
Dear Lebron Pluxury,
My name is Jordan Tiger, ID 70475, on the German Server 4. Today, I am reaching out to you to kindly request a reassessment of my permanent ban due to Rule 1.3 (Fraud).
First of all, I would like to apologize for my English and mention that I have used translation assistance for certain parts of this message. However, I want to assure you that I have not used AI or any similar tools to write this text for me.
Now, to the matter at hand:
About a month ago, on February 24, 2025, I made a mistake that I only realized in hindsight.
A friend of mine on the server had the Battle Pass task "Buy a car at the used car dealership."
To help her complete this task, I went to the dealership and listed a Zion Classic for $200,000.
Since I had taken the car out of my garage but was physically present with my real-money vehicle, the Terzo, I quickly took a picture of it and told her via Discord that she could recognize my listing by my car.
At that moment, I had no idea what consequences this action would have.
When the admin, Mario Reuter, saw this, he came to me and told me he had to ban me. Unfortunately, he did not give me the chance to explain myself.
Later, I learned that I had been banned for 60 days, and yesterday, I was informed that this rule actually results in a permanent ban.
However, given the circumstances, I kindly ask you to reconsider my permanent exclusion from the server.
I humbly ask you to reconsider my permanent ban.
I have learned from this mistake and will be extra careful in the future not to break any rules—neither intentionally nor carelessly.
Once again, I want to emphasize that I never had any intention of gaining an advantage or harming anyone.
Thank you for taking the time to read my request. I truly hope for a second chance on Grand.
Best regards,
Jordan Tiger

Later, I learned that I had been banned for 60 days, and yesterday, I was informed that this rule actually results in a permanent ban.
I would like to clarify my actions:
- At no point was it my intention to deceive or scam anyone, not even for a single dollar.
- I currently have around 200 million dollars in my account and owned three Vinewood houses worth a total of 120 million before my ban.
- I also owned a business and a bunker.
- My only intention was to help a friend complete her task.
However, given the circumstances, I kindly ask you to reconsider my permanent exclusion from the server.
Here are some points to take into consideration:
- I never intended to gain any personal advantage.
- No one was harmed, as my friend purchased the car as agreed.
- I have rarely received administrative penalties throughout my time on DE04.
- Considering that cheaters without proof (POV) only receive a 30-day ban, the severity of my punishment seems harsh in comparison.
I humbly ask you to reconsider my permanent ban.
I have learned from this mistake and will be extra careful in the future not to break any rules—neither intentionally nor carelessly.
