Dear Mr. Bobby I would like to explain what happened to me because it seems a bit strange. You kindly lifted the ban from my account according to the attached form. When I returned to the city, it did not exceed one hour, and the same Azure Duke supervisor requested to give me a 60-day ban again for the same reason you kindly forgave me. I hope you review the matter and thank you for your efforts.
