2.1-This was my first gang when I get in the los Santos City (Vagos) I will make sure that when leos see Vagos in doing store robbery ,FZ raid ,gun store robbery or subs , They should have some fear to fight with Vagos members or enter and I have spent my most of the time in the Vagos only

2.2 I will make a meeting among the Vagos members in every 3 days and weekly meetings with HIGH COMMAND
In the meeting they will tell me what that have done I these days and where they need help , in there sessions we will tell the some more rules to them or we will clear there doubts if they are confused in any rule, by this way we will hardly get the warning on the gang because no one will do rule break and they will get the know lead also that how deal with any situation .

b) In events like FZ raid or battleship everything will be for gang members itself for gang there will be only half armor plates. This will attract them to get free loot

c) Ill create max RP situations on daily basis in order to make it more interesting for my gang members as well as other orgs involved but keeping in mind and following all the rules

We will continue to make the city glow yellow (graffiti) as usual, active spraying and lawn money collection is also a promotion criterion for us.

2. We as Vagos also have the goal to let the drug business in the city flourish again, our people should sell more coke and weed on the street as well as on the black market, because this has fallen asleep a bit lately.

3. We also want to revive the tuning and lowrider scene through events like drag races and the like.

4. ammunition rob / shop rob : Here it is our intention to offer RP to all people and not just for shooting. As you know, we don't ask for a lot of money, but give the other person the chance to think of some offers (medkits, weapons, some carps/trouts or whatever people think of).

1. During my term, I will not allow nepotism in Los Santos Vagos and I will not give unfair rank to anyone. People who participate in events, people who have good communication with other members will have a high rank.​

2. I will not include people who do not have 5 years in the city in the gang, the reason for this will be to prevent violations of the rules and I will make sure that people know the rules when joining the gang. I will tell to HCs and deputies to be careful about this. So they wont let get rule breaks in Los Santos Vagos.​

3. Make sure that a full of experienced turfers take control of the whole ghetto territory and dont break any rule in events​

My advices for improving Role Play Level Are:If i get leadership i will be implementing a thorough test to make sure everyone in the gang knows not only the ghetto rules but the general rules and event rules etc. I want to create specific groups throughout the gang, like a group of sprayers, a group of turfers, a group of event leaders and all the rigid high command that will help make sure the gang gets 0 warnings and makes it all the way too the top. When i was a Under Deputy in bloods i gave multiply opportunities to lower ranks to negotiate etc and to lead events under my supervision so they can shadow what i do and i can pass all of my knowledge onto them. I would give every person in the gang opportunities to make their way up the rankings of their specific group and from leader of their specific group up to high command. I expect high end results from the teams designated to specific areas.

I think now’s the perfect time to step up. I’ve got a good team of deputies who are ready to help, and my family’s got my back too. 3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

I’ve got some cool ideas to make Los Santos Vagos the best gang in the city. First, my turf team will make sure we capture 100% of our turfs no excuses. We’ll also have a graffiti team that not only makes the ghetto look awesome but also brings in good money for everyone in the gang. This way, everyone feels involved and gets something out of it, which makes the roleplay even better.

To make a strong start, we’ll jump into as many events as we can, show everyone we’re active, and win as much as possible. This will put Los Santos Vagos on the map and get more people interested in joining. I want people to know that being in this gang means having fun, winning, and not worrying about losing all the time.

I also think it’s really important to listen to what the members want. I want everyone to feel like they’re part of a family a place where they can have fun, make friends, and just enjoy themselves. It’s not just about the gang; it’s about making sure everyone feels welcome and happy.

As a leader, I’ll always be open to suggestions and feedback. If something’s not working, we’ll fix it together. I also want to make sure I know what everyone’s good at so we can plan events that everyone can enjoy and contribute to. (1) I have been living and working in this city more then year and half , served as a deputy in legal org long time and after i chose to live a live of gangster and join vagos and other few gangs to gain experience and to know how underworld works. Was work as OG in vagos and created a team which can deal with other gangs and show the power and that diverse experience gives me the skills necessary to effectively lead and run this powerful gang also i really like the way Los Santos Vagos roles out want to take the gang in TOP

(2) In addition i have support from my family and friends which will also give me good amount of support to run a gang and together we can deal and face any kind of problems ,Together we can show other that how brotherhood works & my gang involvement, I have been facing lots of ups and down also had experience to handle tuff situations so i believe handle and counter law enforcement strategies during tense situations.

1) I will make sure that with all of our gang members we will do all the events FZ,BS,Clands,subs etc, also will go in hostage situation but with in rules ,will interact with leos to make a good amount of rp situations

(2)Main part toxicity is not allowed , i will not keep anyone who is toxic ,toxic behavior is not allowed , and we will work as a team, i believe we can complete any kind of work and task if we work as a team

Before letting anyone join in the gang we will take their interview and ask the basic role-play rules. I would play out an rp situation to see if the person is experienced or not. More negotiations and high-quality RP at store/gun store robbery or while on hostage situation.

1. During my term, I will not allow nepotism in Los Santos Vagos and I will not give unfair rank to anyone. People who participate in events, people who have good communication with other members will have a high rank.​

2. I will not include people who do not have 5 years in the city in the gang, the reason for this will be to prevent violations of the rules and I will make sure that people know the rules when joining the gang. I will tell to HCs and deputies to be careful about this. So they wont let get rule breaks in Los Santos Vagos.​

3. Make sure that a full of experienced turfers take control of the whole ghetto territory and dont break any rule in events​
