Dear Bobby,
My tenure as FIB Director has now been completed, and I would like to open a discussion about the eligibility for the reward that comes with having 50+ raids and under 3 warnings in 2 terms. From the beginning of the 1st term, we were told that warnings removed by LR 1.9 or Global Events will still count, but warnings removed by forum appeals will not count towards this target.
Therefore, since we were on 2.5 warns when my term finished, I approached Sultan to understand the next steps for the reward. He mentioned that we finished on 3 warns instead of 2.5, because in one of the verbal appeals you said "Reviewed, verbal will be lifted this time".
To further quote Sultan, he said "since Bobby typed verbal will be lifted this time. that mean it was a chance, not revoked" and said I could appeal if I feel it's unfair. Now I am a bit confused because I have never heard of this, also Asrin clearly stated that the verbal was rekoved, bringing us back to 2.5 warns in total.
Similar wording was used by Floki in conclusion for another warning appeal which was lifted and did not count towards the target, with which Sultan did not have an issue.
I believe a similar confusion happened here with Bloods, where in the end they have received their reward after your kind review.
All I am respectfully asking is some clarification and a reconsideration for the reward eligibility which I strongly believe we deserve. We pushed all of our limits to have the best possible terms, broke all records, had done 60 raids in 60 days, finished with 2.5 warns and so strongly supported all other organizations and RP in general for the city. I have also spent a considerable amount of money out of my own pocket to ensure the wellbeing of the organization, but that is not the main point, I would do it all over again for these amazing people who supported it.
