I was just playing grand completely normally when I got kicked by ragemp for some reason from the anticheat. Afterwards I wanted to join again and then I got banned by Napel Federow, as in the title. I also went to the de help channel and asked a few people there, then she said I should make a ticket for it, which I did, but then I wrote to an admin myself on discord and he said that the ticket doesn't help and I have to make an admin complaint, and a screenshot of the ban screen is enough.
