Hello Bobby Pluxury, I have been playing Grand RP for the past three years and have invested a lot of time and effort into it. Unfortunately I had to take a break for 2 months due to my IRL exams. When I returned i tried logging into my main account but it showed a "wrong password" error. I then attempted to reset the password via email but it said "email not found." Since I couldn't access my main account, I logged into my twink account which worked without any issues. I submitted a ticket in-game (IC) requesting a senior admin's help. Akio Barnes (Server Administrator) responded saying no one was available at the moment. I waited for about 20-25 minutes and asked again but he gave the same response. After about an hour i tried again and got a reply from Abhijeet Burrows. Since I knew he was a senior admin, I asked if he could assist me. He asked me to explain my issue in the ticket, so I told him that I suspected my main account was hacked. then he asked me to DM him on Discord. I sent him a message, but he told me, "We can't help you as your account is your responsibility." I requested him multiple times, but he still refused to assist. Later, when I logged into the game again, I found out that I was permanently banned under GR 1.1. The reason was that I had changed my Steam account after returning bczI had forgotten my main account’s password so i logged in using my second steam account. Bobby, I have spent years grinding in this server and have always been dedicated to Grand RP. This game means a lot to me, and I have never taken real life as seriously as I have taken my journey in Grand RP. I am currently under a lot of stress because of this situation. I am even willing to accept a money wipe if needed, but plz consider unbanning both my main and twink accounts.
