2.1 I have been in all the gangs as hc but i like being in vagos most. I have been in vagos since last 5-6 terms and I was 14 rank almost everytime. I have a different bond with vagos. Also i was ex deputy of vagos.

2.2 Things I like most about vagos is its past successfull terms,big hq,and has a seperate ghetto to make fear in people about vagos. I always want to make vagos on top when. I came new in city this was the second gang i joined .

2.3 Being leader of Vagos i will make sure its active gang from the first to last day of my term . As I have gained much experience and knowledge about gangs i think i can be a good leader. I will try my best that in my term we will make very less mistakes.
Also i will make leos scared from vagos and make it most dangerous gang for the ghetto .

3 Your advices for improving roleplay level in organization.

I will try to make this gang the most active gang and i will try to create a history of memories of our gang in all my gang members by making it most active without any rule break with negligible mistakes.

I will make very good high command which could response as quick as possible to situations like store robbery , ghetto clapping or any gang event etc and handle and lead them with focus on full role play and without any rule break during event .

I will make sure that whichever person wanna join my gang know basic and ghetto rules and if they dont know my high commands will be ready to teach them.
I will also only invite people who are minimum 5 age in city and make sure they know rules . If they know rules and minimum 5 age in city my high commands will first take there interview and if they pass they will invite them .

I will only give hc rank to only those people who are always active in gang and know proper rules and who could help new people to join and also lead events.

1.There are many reasons why I applied to leader this particular gang. My main motivation is life in this gang: the community that , If you dont give up you can do anything. - I chose Los Santos Vagos because I think their position in the ghetto has a lot of potential. Their location is at very good place near beach market and that is why I think my members will never be bored if they stay in the beach market ghetto. 1. Leader of Vagos


2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (3 reasons with explanation)

First of all, I have been involved in GRAND RP for quite a while now. I previously served as a Under Deputy in both Bloods and Families, and I also reached the Major rank in the National Guard, which helped me build leadership skills and learn how to organize a team properly. I feel like I have gained the right experience and now I am ready to lead my own gang and make Vagos one of the most active and respected gang in the city.

Secondly, Vagos has always been a standout gang in the ghetto, and I want to bring that power and reputation back. My goal is to create a structured, active and respectful environment within the gang. With the right people and mindset, we can dominate turfs and earn the gang the respect it deserves.

Lastly, I’ve built strong connections all around the city that I know will help me during my leadership. These connections will open up opportunities for bigger plans and better results.

My goals include:

Taking full control of turfs (100% Turf)
Maximizing graffiti profit
Building a gang that’s feared by others and respected by all

3. What are your plans to improve the RP level in the organization?

I’ll make sure the gang stays active with regular events like:

Ghetto dominance missions
Store and highway robberies
Hostage situations
Fort Zancudo raids
All done with proper RP and attention to rules.
I will not allow any toxicity or disrespect within the gang. A healthy and respectful environment is key for keeping people motivated and having fun.

I’ll personally help train new members to improve their RP and shooting skills. I’ll also make sure everyone uses proper commands like /me, /do, /try during events to make things more immersive.

No favoritism will be allowed every member will go through a proper interview process led by experienced High Command. Everyone will be treated fairly and equally based on their effort and contribution.
