I have learned so much within the city and criminal lifestyle, and it's now time for me to be a leader. Vagos has been a strong and highly respected gang throughout, and I would like to continue that by making it stronger. My goal is to form a solid, well-trained, and feared gang that dominates the streets. Leadership is not power; it's guiding the gang along the correct path, keeping members loyal, and keeping the organization organized and disciplined.

3. Your recommendations for RolePlay in the organization:

To improve RolePlay, I shall focus on bringing in serious and skilled players experienced with the gang culture and respecting RP rules in turn.

The gang needs to stay active with ongoing events, turf battles, and well-structured criminal activities to keep members occupied. A strict internal structure with clear responsibilities will maintain order and prevent unnecessary conflicts. My first priority is to make sure that Vagos is not only a gang, but an organized and respected force in the city.

2 . Why do u want to be leader of this specific organization ? (list any three reasons with explanation )

2.1 I have been in all the gangs as hc but i like being in vagos most. I have been in vagos since last 5-6 terms and I was 14 rank almost everytime. I have a different bond with vagos. Also i was ex deputy of vagos.

2.2 Things I like most about vagos is its past successfull terms,big hq,and has a seperate ghetto to make fear in people about vagos. I always want to make vagos on top when. I came new in city this was the second gang i joined .

2.3 Being leader of Vagos i will make sure its active gang from the first to last day of my term . As I have gained much experience and knowledge about gangs i think i can be a good leader. I will try my best that in my term we will make very less mistakes.
Also i will make leos scared from vagos and make it most dangerous gang for the ghetto .

3 Your advices for improving roleplay level in organization.

I will try to make this gang the most active gang and i will try to create a history of memories of our gang in all my gang members by making it most active without any rule break with negligible mistakes.

I will make very good high command which could response as quick as possible to situations like store robbery , ghetto clapping or any gang event etc and handle and lead them with focus on full role play and without any rule break during event .

I will make sure that whichever person wanna join my gang know basic and ghetto rules and if they dont know my high commands will be ready to teach them.
I will also only invite people who are minimum 5 age in city and make sure they know rules . If they know rules and minimum 5 age in city my high commands will first take there interview and if they pass they will invite them .

I will only give hc rank to only those people who are always active in gang and know proper rules and who could help new people to join and also lead events.

(i) 1) Firstly i want to be leader of vagos is, i think vagos can do much better under my leadership, as I'm having experience in almost every gang as a Member and a High Command , i personally know what kinds of conflicts happens in the gang and how bad they can be if we didn't solve it properly, I'll personally lookout in the Gang matters and try my best to solve them, Toxicity and Favoritism will be strictly prohibited, who ever is doing such things will be blacklisted in my term as things will ruin Roleplay.

(ii) And the location of HQ, the place where heart meets heaven, I personally like the vagos gang from when i filed to the city, my gang members will have fun under my leadership, vagos have amazing cars, and if any state org raids us, i think we can easily defend us.

(iii) And i think i have good leadership skills, i have high patience level and i can manage every issues smoothly, I have some experienced members with me they will handle the situation in my absence as best i do, lastly as a leader i would have more opportunities to meet new peoples and great mindsets, Ill take them with me and to built our gang strong as never.

- Having Much experience in Legal Orgs and Gang at rank 14. I am ready to handle gang as a Leader. Due to My experience as Ex bunta under deputy I am well aware of the rules of the server and some unique rules too, Which will help me to End my term with Great activity and with a Successful term.

- Gang doesn't work only with the leader it needs coordination of gang members too with the help of my contact over the city with good people and un official families, I can end making my gang with most active people in my term, creating the Most Dangerous gang of the city.

- Making sure that I take People only after a Good interview so there's minimal chance of rulebreak during situation
-Making Sure to assigned Proper HC for leading successfully throughout the term
- I will give people Rank according to their Knowledge of rule and make a new rule of making Pov of all interview which will help my gang from getting sabotaged and same applying for all the HC.
- I will make great Bonus system which well help people earn money too
- I will do often hostage situation to earn money and always do activity so that gang member doesn't feel bored.
- Making good Coordination with Gang member to overcome conflicts in gang and win all situation with proper coordination
