2. WHY DO U WANT TO BECOME THE LEADER OF SPECIFIC ORGAINSATION? [EXPLAIN WITH 3 REASONS]-
1. since i have been long in city and gained experience in both organisation. i have spent my 2 to 3 months in illegal organisation . I have been high comman in all different orgs including COS in LSPD , HOD UC LSPD , HOD HRT LSPD in Leos side and HC in BLoods , Famlies, Ballas and etc in gang side in city .By handling these roles i have learned alot about the city and have earned a name in the city , and by these experinces , I think im ready for a leadership
2. I Believe I have had quite an experience in LEO Org and Know how they Win Over the Gangs, Gangs are Usually Outnumbered by The LEOs And this is the main reason of Gang's losing against LEOs. I want to change this whole thing by Recruiting more number of people in the gang and selecting my Deputies and Under Deputies in such a way that Every hour there is at least two High Commands available for any situation.
3. I feel like it has been quite some time since Families has had a good leader and it is time to flip everything around and bring this fantastic gang organization to the top like it should be. Families is one of the best criminal organizations out there between the other criminal orgs and I think it has a lot of potential, it just hasn't had the chance to shine up to all its glory, And I want to change that
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
We will always be active within the gang by doing all the activities. We will mostly interact with Leos by creating a hostage situation. I believe that in this way we will improve our rp even more. They will see the gang at all times, not only at the headquarters, but everywhere inside and outside the ghetto. We will do all of these by adhering to the rules, without any violation of the rules, and I will never allow violation of the rules. Any violation of rules will lead to kicks, strikes or being blacklisted by the gang.
